Bukit Panjang FLC Flea Market
Join our Flea Market happening on Saturday, 12 September 2026, 9am to 1pm, at Multi-purpose Hall beside Blk 234A Bukit Panjang Ring Road, Singapore 671234.
Declutter your home, sell your pre-loved items, or showcase your handmade crafts by setting up your own booth within the community!
⚠️ Booth Rental Rates:
• Booth Space (2m x 2m): $10
Please note that only booth space will be provided, organiser will not provide any logistics. Organizer will not provide electricity or water facilities.
Any tables/chairs/items brought by vendor must be placed within the allocated booth space.
Vendors are only allowed to setup on the day of the event and must vacate the booth by 2pm.
Vendors must clear booth space after the event and bring their trash to the nearest trash bin.
⚠️ Please note:
• Registration fees are non-refundable.
• Spaces are limited — early registration is encouraged.
• Any disputes will be resolved with final decisions made by the management.
• Resale/Reselling of booth is not allowed, your order/booth slot(s) and booth fee(s) will be forfeited should we find out.
Prohibited items:
• No selling of food & drinks
• No Banking or Financial related products/services
• No porn, offensive, dangerous or illegal items
• No sales of cigarette/vape and cigarette/vape equipment.
• Counterfeit, copy-right infringed products
• Any item that in violation of Singapore’s Law
• Any items that are in conflict of the interest of the organizer
• Utilisation of dangerous implements and materials
📌 Important Information
• Stall lot numbers will not be published online.
• Stall allocations will be managed by the organising committee, and requests for specific lots will not be entertained.
• Vendors will be contacted via SMS/email one day before the event with their assigned stall number.
• Vendors booking 2 booths or more may not receive side-by-side booth placements due to layout and category planning.
📋 Vendor Guidelines
• Please ensure all registration details are accurate, especially the items/products you intend to sell.
• Vendors are only permitted to sell items declared during registration.
• The organising committee reserves the right to amend, rearrange, or reject booth allocations where necessary to ensure fairness and smooth event operations.
• Vendors found selling undeclared items may be asked to remove the items or have their booth application rejected.
Disclaimer:
• The Organizer shall not be held responsible for any damages or losses of your items.
• The Organizer is not responsible for poor sales or bad response during the flea market.
• No refund will be made for cancellation of booking
