Do adults accompanying their children need a ticket
Yes, all accompanying adults, including parents, are required to purchase an entry ticket.
Can I get a refund due to last minute changes?
Tickets are non-refundable.
Can i take my own transport to the event venue?
No, participants are not allowed to travel independently, as two-way transport will be provided. This helps avoid confusion at the event site, such as difficulties locating the venue. In addition, all participants are required to register with the organiser before entering Splashtopia and must collect their physical tickets prior to entry.
Will I receive a confirmation email after registration?
Yes, a confirmation email with payment details will be sent to participants after registration. Participants are to register with the organiser and collect their physical tickets on the event day.

- Adult & Children: $15.00/pax (Children below the age of 2 can enter for free)
- Seniors (age 60 & above): $5.00/pax
- Ticket Price Includes: Entry to splashtopia, bento-set & 2-way transport
- *Children below 2 years old may enter for free if accompanied by a paying Adult. E-copy of Birth Certificate is required for verification
- Adults who are accompanying thier child for the event would require a ticket for entry also
