Please read these terms and conditions carefully before participating in the event. By attending and participating in the fruit party, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. Participants are not allowed to bring home the food for their friends, neighbours nor themselves whether present or not at the event. This is to ensure that everyone has an equal opportunity to enjoy the food at the party itself.

2. Seats will be allocated on event day.

3. Any damage caused to the premises or property during the event will be the responsibility of the participant who caused the damage. They will be held liable for the costs of any repairs or replacements needed.

4. Participants are solely responsible for their own safety and well-being during the event. The organizers will not be held responsible for any accidents, injuries or loss that may occur during the event.

5. Participants are required to conduct themselves in a respectful and appropriate manner at all times during the event. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event.

6. The organizers reserve the right to make changes or modifications to the event schedule or rules at any time without prior notice. Participants will be notified of any changes as soon as possible.

7. We encourage all participants to bring along their own bottles or cups to our event.
