People’s Association PAssion Wave (PW), formerly known as Water-Venture was first coined in 2015 as PA’s specialist community club offering a broad range of waterfront lifestyle programmes to the community. PW is an integral part of PA that bonds people and bridges the communities through water sports and waterfront lifestyle pursuits. Together with its partners and trainers, PW provides safe, affordable, and exciting courses, programmes, and activities to the community.

PW offers rental for pedal boating, kayaking, dragon boating, sailing, windsurfing, and stand-up paddling. Valid certification is required for certain sports.

Our rental hours are from 9am to 6pm on Wednesday to Sunday. All outlets are closed on Mondays and Public Holidays
