Zhong Yijiao is an experienced trainer. Since beginning her beauty career in 2008, Zhong Yijiao has developed her skills across technical practice, education, and community service over 16 years. She has developed training modules and opened courses in her field of expertise for many years and received compliment letters from many students, as they find her teaching method effective and interesting.

In 2009, she pursued further studies in Singapore, earning the National ITE Certificate in Hairstyling. In 2012, she obtained a British Diploma in Fashion, Theatre and Media Make Up and began teaching at a Singaporean beauty association. In 2017, she was recognised as a "Top 3 City Tattoo Artists" in China Tattoo Industry.

In 2018, she served as a judge at the Guangzhou Beauty Competition and founded the Rosa Hairity Free Haircut volunteer team in Singapore, which has grown to 109 members. The team partners with community centres to provide weekly free haircuts for seniors across Singapore. She later served as Chief Judge at the 2019 Shanghai Beauty Competition.

In 2025, she served as Chief Judge for Browista Malaysia and Head of Judges & Preparatory Committee Member for the 7th IBDR HK International Beauty Competition.
