Yuan Tai Chi Training Centre was established in 2017 offering Taijiquan coaching. It is registered under the auspices of Singapore Wushu Dragon & Lion Dance Federation and is very active in the promotion and coaching of traditional and competitive Taijiquan in Singapore.
The Training Centre also produced athletes and trialists for the National Traditional Wushu Elite Team, whom have a record of winning awards on highest International levels such as the World Kungfu Championships and World Taijiquan Championships. The Centre’s members routinely win top rankings in National Championships.
The strong core of coaches believes in proper application of Taijiquan training principles to ensure longevity and mastery of the sport. Our coaches are certified National Wushu Judges and are able to advise on the correct application of forms and stances. These skills will be useful in the accumulative training of muscle memories and strength, preventing poor posture and injuries often associated with martial arts.
The Training Centre believes in creating a robust community of like-minded pugilists. It actively participates in and organising public performances with different grassroots associations; promoting the sport and encouraging members to strive for long-term sustainable personal goals.
