About Training Provider
Tan Siew Lay gained interest in sushi from living in Japan for a few years where she took courses at the Kikkoman Culinary Institute. Another two years in Hong Kong gave her new horizons in her culinary skills where she attained a diploma in Cantonese cusine.
Siew Lay also holds a 2nd grade Ikebana certificate. She has been a CC Trainer since 1982.
