Stephanie had more than 25 years of working experience in the Aviation industry. As a flight attendant with the Singapore Airlines, she has amassed proficiency n personal grooming, fine etiquette, social graces, customer services, communication skills, coaching and training. Stephanie holds an ACTA and DACE certificate, designed and developed Training Programmes for local Singapore schools and overseas aviation training organizations, with great passion and enthusiasm she always ensured high standard and authentic training. She is also a registered instructor with Ministry of Education. Stephanie is a strong believer that A Great First Impression is the key for success in life.
