Phay Lee Chen holds a yoga instructor's certificate awarded by Quinine Tao Yoga Centre. She has attended the National Yoga Seminar ON Yoga Vs Modern Health Problems, the First Sports Instructors Coaching Skills Workshop and the Beyond the Body of the Mind - 2nd International Yoga Conference. A long service award was presented to her by the PA sports section.
