Alan Ong is a Microsoft Certified System Engineer, an IBM Professional Server Specialist and a Redhat Certified Engineer. He was a full-time trainer at Infotech Computer School. He was one of the trainers in the IT Power for Teachers Scheme. He is working as a System Engineer at IBM where he supports IBM 's Intel based server and intellistation.
