
Chef Jihardi Amin has been working in the culinary industries of Malaysia, Thailand and Singapore for more than 19 years. Before joining DJ Culinary Concepts as the Chef De Cuisine in October 2014, Chef Jihardi was the Culinary Consultant of Hokhmah. Prior to that, he was the Sous Chef with Nur Indah Restaurant and Wine Connection Tapas Bar & Bistro. Chef Jihardi spent 4 years in companies from Harry’s Esplanade to Blue Magnolia as the Outlet Chef and Production Pastry Chef respectively when he first relocated to Singapore in 2007. Chef Jihardi holds dual diplomas in Culinary Arts and Pastry & Bakery Arts. He is well versed in both local and western cuisines as well as Pastry and Bakery Arts.
