Jeffrey is one of the Assisting Chief Trainer of Qigong Shi Ba Shi Association Singapore and had obtained a 5th Dan Health Qigong certificate from International Health Qigong Federation. He had won 4 Gold medals in the International Health Qigong Competition. Jeffrey has been doing researches and upgrading himself to teach and share his knowledge with his students at various Community Centers and also does volunteer teaching at various old folks groups in the Central Region. He also offers weekly free tuition to his slower learning students with patience.
Jeffrey frequently organizes workshops, outings and performances to let his students gain more knowledge and upgrade the Health Qigong techniques they learnt.
