Beyond clinical work, she has had the privilege of sharing her expertise through educational talks on Tai Chi's health benefits in Malaysia before becoming a resident in Singapore.
Emily is currently a certified Tai Chi for Osteoporosis Instructor, accredited by the esteemed Dr. Paul Lam Tai Chi For Health Institute in Australia. This certification reflects her commitment to harnessing Tai Chi's potential to enhance bone health, particularly for those with osteoporosis.
