Janice Fong was awarded the PA STARS Trainer Award (Best STARS Trainer for Class or Inter-Class Activities) for the year 2012 and PA STARS Trainer Award (Platinum) for the year 2014.

She has been in the field of Professional Fitness Trainer / Instructor for 25 years.
Certified by numerous Fitness Academy in various aspects of Fitness program in ;
1. Aerobics Instructor : by SSC, AMORE Expression, STEP Reebok,
2. Pilates Matworks :Pilates Institute London, AMORE Expression, PhysicalMind Institute

Janice has furthered her courses in Prevention of Sports Injury and Choreography Exchange.
Most recently completed Instructor’s Course in ; ZUMBA Fitness and Gold.

Janice possesses 18 years of Professional teaching experience at AMORE Expression. Above that, Janice has been engaged by Corporate Company’s to conduct regular weekly Fitness classes at Company premises; GSK & Norvatis being so, as well as Schools & Organisations.

It is her passion to teach Fitness & Dancing that launch her Career through her numerous participation in private and public performances throughout Singapore.
