
Jing is Registered Yoga Teacher RYT500 certified in the traditional Ashtanga, Hatha and vinyasa flow yoga, equivalent to yoga diploma. An avid marathon runner, she stumbled upon Yoga in 2008 to complement her workout and is drawn to Yoga ever since then. As her interest grow, she took her yoga studies in various yoga studios and completed her training under a traditional Indian instructor in 2015. She has also consistently upgraded herself and has attended courses in Hot yoga, Yin yoga and Yoga Therapy. She finds that her overall health improved through Yoga and wishes to spread the physical and mental benefits of yoga. She believed that Yoga is helpful to everyone as it teaches us to connect with our breathing be mindful and strengthen our physical body at the same time. Her quest is to simplified yoga so that everyone can incorporate yoga into their life and lead a healthy lifestyle. She has been teaching group yoga for more than 4 years in an established gym and has experience teaching to students with different background effectively. Her yoga class tends to be challenging but also customized to people with different body types.
