About Training Provider

Born in 1958 to a family of music enthusiasts. A graduate from the University of South Australia in Business Administration and recipient of The Golden Key Award for academic achievement. Was a Merchant Navy Officer with Neptune Orient Lines, followed by a stint in the legal department in American Express International Inc. Spent close to two decades in Shalom Movers and was instrumental in growing their initial fleet of 8 vehicles to 20 over vehicles then and overseeing 100 over staff and crew in the day-to-day operations. In 2009, I started a Music Enrichment School under Ukulele Rhapsody and bought Music Appreciation and Ukulele Training into various Childcare centres, Community Clubs, Churches and Resident Committee centres. I am passionate in working with children, students and adults of all ages. To date, the ages of my trainees spanned from 3 years old to 90 years of age. I have provided individual coaching as well as on group basis and had arranged Ukulele Performances during National Day celebrations and special community events. My clienteles include Automobile Association of Singapore, Singapore Armed Forces (Gombak), Centre for Strategic Infocomm Technologies, various Churches, Community clubs and Resident Committee centres, to name a few. As a believer and advocate of lifelong learning, I believe I can contribute positively to the betterment of our participants by providing a safe, relaxed and fun environment to develop both holistically and academically.
