Catherine is a 7th Dan Black Belt with a Specialist Diploma in Sport Science and Wellness and an STF Senior Coach with a wealth of experience coaching for 35 years. She was a Taekwondo Student, Competitor, Team Manager and Coach. She is very passionate about coaching and a strong believer in providing safe and effectiveness of techniques/movements/skills to all who attends her class no matter the age.
