Terms & Conditions:
- Stated rates are inclusive of 9% GST, and applicable for GP teleconsultation made via the Raffles Connect app
- Stated rates exclude medication and delivery costs (if applicable)
- A validation code of “PATELE” must be entered in at the booking page to activate the corporate rate
- No refund will be given if the validation code is not entered upon booking
- A delivery fee of $30 is applicable for urgent deliveries and deliveries made from 10pm to 8am
- Delivery fees and teleconsultation rates are subject to change without prior notice
- Not applicable with other corporate programmes
- Raffles Connect's terms of use apply
- The management reserves the right to amend the terms & conditions without prior notice
