Terms & Conditions:
- PAssion Card / PAssion eCard must be presented prior to appointment
- Not valid with any other discounts, promotions, privileges or insurance scheme (unless the insured patient makes a full and upfront payment for the treatment received on the day of treatment)
- Sterilisation and consumables of $18 is payable for every visit
- Patients are advised to confirm with their attending dentist to clarify prices before commencement of treatment
- Consultation charge of $40 onwards is applicable
