- Each PAssion Card is entitled to a maximum purchase of 4 single park admission tickets per transaction per day. Limited to one transaction per day
- Admission ticket purchased is not refundable or exchangeable for cash and is valid for the day of prebooked timeslot entry only
- Not valid during school holidays, eve of Public Holiday, Public Holiday, and the blackout dates from 18 to 31 December 2026 (both dates inclusive)
- The management reserves the right not to accord the relevant discount to any PAssion Member if any of the above conditions are not complied with or the privileges are being abused by the cardholder
