Terms & Conditions:
- Valid till 30 April 2027
- PAssion Card / PAssion eCard must be presented upon payment at Gardens by the Bay’s Main Ticketing Counter
- Not valid in conjunction with other discounts, membership privileges, promotions or vouchers
- Rates are subjected to changes
- Purchase is limited to 8 Singapore Resident admission tickets per transaction
- Singapore Residents may be required to present proof of residency for purchase or admission
- Singapore Residents refer to Singapore Citizens, Permanent Residents and holders of valid Work Permit, Employment Pass or Dependent Pass
- No claims will be entertained for any lost, torn or defaced ticket
- Re-entry is not allowed
- Admission ticket sold is non-refundable, non-exchangeable and void if altered
- Each admission ticket admits one (1) and is only valid for one (1) day, one (1) time entry
- Admission tickets are not valid for special events that is priced separately
- Admission to Gardens by the Bay is subject to Park Rules and Regulations which are displayed at the entrances and/or other appropriate locations of Gardens by the Bay
- Gardens by the Bay is not responsible and does not assume any liability for any damage or loss that may incur, whether such damage or loss is caused by Gardens by the Bay negligence or otherwise
- Gardens by the Bay may, without prior notice and without refund or compensation or any liability, change the operating hours, close and/or restrict admission to the Flower Dome due to capacity, inclement weather, special events or other reasons
- Please note that closure dates apply for all Attractions. Please check the Attraction's closure dates on Gardens by the Bay website
- The management reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice
