- PAssion Card / PAssion eCard must be presented upon payment at ticketing counters
- Not valid with any other discounts, membership privileges, promotions or vouchers
- Valid for Singapore Resident Admission Tickets to Chinatown Heritage Centre
- Singapore Residents include Singapore citizens, permanent residents, and all pass holders (employment or work, long-term visit, dependent and student).
- Verification of ID is required for Singapore Residents, children, seniors and PWD concession card holders
- Each ticket admits one (1) person
- Children under the age of 12 will need to be accompanied by an adult
- Children under the age of 3 enter for free
- Re-entry is not allowed
- Last entry will be at 7:15 PM. Please note that the Centre is unable to accommodate late arrivals
- Tickets sold are non-transferable, non-reschedulable, non-refundable and void if altered or duplicated
- To preserve the exhibits, flash photography & food and drinks are not allowed in the Centre
- The Centre is not responsible and does not assume liability for any injury, damage or loss you may incur, whether such injury, damage or loss is caused by negligence or otherwise.
- The Centre may, without prior notice and without refund, compensation or any liability, change the operating hours, close and/or restrict admissions to the attraction due to capacity, inclement weather, special events or other reasons
- The Centre closes once a month for maintenance. Please refer to their website for the latest dates
- The management reserves the rights to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice
