- Peak Fares refers to travel on specified Black-out dates listed in https://www.brf.com.sg/ticket-fares/
- Regular Fares refers to travel from Monday to Sunday, exclude specified Black-out dates
- Reg+Peak includes a mix of regular and peak fare, depending on the specific dates of travel
- Valid for new bookings only
- Not valid for group blockage
- Seats are subject to availability
- PAssion Card Member must be part of the travelling party and valid PAssion Card / PAssion eCard must be presented at check-in counter in exchange for boarding pass, otherwise new ticket will be charged at walk-in rate
- Expired PAssion Cards will not be accepted
- Option to upgrade to Emerald Class at check-in counter at $27 per person per way is available only on date of travel, subject to availability
- Once bookings are confirmed, ferry tickets are non-refundable
- Amendments to booking can ONLY be made online @ S$10.00 per change (within booking period) Amendment requests via BRF Helpdesk and at BRF counter are not available
- For amendment requests made via BRF Helpdesk or BRF counter, a new ticket purchase is required
- Changes are not allowed for partially used tickets
- Levies and fees are subject to fluctuation
- The management reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice
