Lina chanced upon Zumba® Fitness program in 2014. Passionate about the program, she became a Zumba® instructor with the hope to share this wonderful dance fitness with others. Lina has been conducting HPB Community Physical Activity program and Zumba® Gold classes. She has also conducted many Zumba® programs for Pre-schools, Primary schools as well as the public. Her classes were well always received by parents , teachers and most importantly the participants.

When it comes to body sculpting, Zumba® Toning raises the bar (or rather, the toning stick).
