Mandys Liew-Winner of 2nd National Aerobics Competition (Team Champion) in 1987. Mandys has been teaching Aerobics Dance, Step Aerobics, Kickboxing, Pilates, Cardio Pilates, Cardio Yoga, Hatha Yoga since 1984. She was a backup dancer for celebrities like Christina Ong, Angela Brown (Phuket), variety shows and performed for SAF Dance & Drama Co, PA roadshows, clubs, CCs, etc. Over the years she actively upgrade herself by attending many fitness and dance workshops.She is friendly, humble and patient.
