Lua Bee Lian has completed the Basic Exercise Leader Course in 1998 and the Aerobics Instructor Course in 2001, both conducted by the Singapore Sports Council. She is constantly upgrading herself in the Health and Fitness arena. She has attended the Pilates Matwork Course conducted by Polestar Education.
