Course Description
Are you ready to party yourself into shape? That is exactly what the Zumba® program is all about. It is an exhilarating, effective, easy to follow, Latin inspired, calorie burning dance fitness party that is moving millions of people toward joy and health.
Requirements and Remarks:
Please be in sports attire for the class. Bring your own water and towel. Venue will be at Dance Studio #03-05. “Course Registration will close a day before course start, mid-way joining is not permissible.” The organizer will not be responsible for any personal loss, damage or injury during the lesson.
