Dewi Emelia is very passionate in yoga ever since she has participated in her first class 10 years ago. In 2022, she took up yoga instructor classes to further her studies in yoga. She is currently teaching multiple yoga classes and she is interested in sharing her interest and love for yoga with those around her.

Yogalates is a gentle, yet effective fusion of yoga and Pilates designed to improve flexibility, build core strength, and promote overall wellness. 

Participants will be guided through a series of beginner-friendly movements that may include yoga poses like Downward-Facing Dog and Warrior, alongside Pilates-inspired exercises such as leg lifts, core work, and back strengthening routines.

This class will be useful for those looking for a low-impact way to tone muscles, improve posture, and reduce stress.

Each session concludes with guided relaxation and breathing techniques to encourage deep rest and stress relief.
