Course Description
Yogalates is a gentle, yet effective fusion of yoga and Pilates designed to improve flexibility, build core strength, and promote overall wellness.
Participants will be guided through a series of beginner-friendly movements that may include yoga poses like Downward-Facing Dog and Warrior, alongside Pilates-inspired exercises such as leg lifts, core work, and back strengthening routines.
This class will be useful for those looking for a low-impact way to tone muscles, improve posture, and reduce stress.
Each session concludes with guided relaxation and breathing techniques to encourage deep rest and stress relief.
Requirements and Remarks:
