Yoga Therapy is a course to allow participants without yoga background to enjoy yoga in a therapeutic and relaxed manner without compromising its benefits for relieving of pain with specific issues like frozen shoulders, [lower back pain, migraine, neck (cervical spondylitis/ spondylosis), wrist pain, knees etc. Must bring own yoga mat to class (stretch band & long towel may be used in class too).
