This course uses guided postures and breathing techniques to stretch and strengthen muscles, helping to relieve tension, correct imbalances, and prevent injury. It supports better mobility, circulation, stability, posture, and bone health, while easing strain on the spine and joints. Suitable for all ages and fitness levels, it is especially beneficial for individuals with tight muscles, chronic pain, or posture-related concerns.
Requirements and Remarks:
Mindful Yoga for Shoulder and Back Therapy focus on stretching tight muscles and strengthening weak ones, in the back, neck, and shoulders. This helps to relieve tense muscles, correct imbalances, reduce pain and prevent injury. Stretching the muscles helps improve range of motion and blood circulation while strengthening the muscles builds stability and reduces stress on the spine and joints. Through regular mindful practice, the body can be brought into healthy alignment, and the practitioner experiences improved bone health and better posture. Bring your own mat.
