Course Description
Yoga Stretch can be an excellent way to relieve stress and enjoy long, meditative stretches.
A typical 1-hour session starts with mind centering and breathe work follow by slow movement of postures and hold the postures for a period of time in order to get into the deeper layer of body tissue. Last 10-20 minutes of relaxation to rejuvenate and refresh the body and mind. The trainer will demonstrate and explain each posture and move among the participants to ensure proper technique and assist as necessary.
Requirements and Remarks:
Please bring along your own Yoga Mat and small tower, wear comfortable exercise attire
