Course Description
Yoga Postures are practiced to remove restlessness of the body and make the body light & flexible.
A regular practice of postures imparts grace to the body, removes lethargy and inertia, strengthens the joints and muscles and makes one alert and energetic.
Requirements and Remarks:
Please bring your own yoga mat, water bottle and towel. No Class on 16 April and 23 April
