Course Description
Yoga is an ancient art of healing, toning and rejuvenating the body. It emphasises health and well-being through breathing exercises, special postures (asanas) and concentration. It nourishes not only the body but also the mind. Participants will learn the basic yoga postures and breathing techniques and, with regular practice, reap the possible health benefits. In a typical 1 hour Kids yoga class. children would be introduced to the correct way of breathing to expand on their lung capacity, quick movements, yoga asana where children will learn how to stretch and strengthen specific part of their body and short relaxation techniques to help them stay calm
