Course Description
Yin & yang are terms of relatively. As Yin is a quiet practice targeting the bones and deep connective tissue esp. Ligaments, tendons and fascia, which are more stable and change only slowly by long holding time of 3 mins to 5 mins and the relaxation of body muscles.
While Yang which is most familiar to all, it is rhythmical and repetitive. It is about flowing from one posture to the next in connecting movements and is repeated for a few times on the same postures. It emphasizes on the use of strength and stamina and its results in muscular contraction and strengthens the joint. Therefore both are suitable for all levels of students & non practitioner of yoga.

**Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis *** Upon registration, note the term start date. No reminders will be sent for the first session. Updates via message will only be provided for class postponement. **Refund Policy:** No refunds will be given once the fee is paid, except in cases where the course/activity/facility booking is cancelled or rescheduled as deemed necessary by the CC or PA Lesson cancelled by the teacher due to unforeseen circumstances will be replaced. *The lesson missed by the student on his or her own accord will not be replaced nor the fee refundable.
