Course Description
Yin & yang are terms of relatively. As Yin is a quiet practice targeting the bones and deep connective tissue esp. Ligaments, tendons and fascia, which are more stable and change only slowly by long holding time of 3 mins to 5 mins and the relaxation of body muscles.
While Yang which is most familiar to all, it is rhythmical and repetitive. It is about flowing from one posture to the next in connecting movements and is repeated for a few times on the same postures. It emphasizes on the use of strength and stamina and its results in muscular contraction and strengthens the joint. Therefore both are suitable for all levels of students & non practitioner of yoga.

Remarks: Participants to bring -1x Anti-slip Yoga mat 173/183 x 61/63cm Additional props to bring -2x Yoga blocks -23cm L x 15cm W x 7.5cm H with weight > than 220g -1x Yoga strap/belt -length 2.5m and above -2x Fascia/pressure balls Participants if unsure of the props, please check with the trainer on first day of the class. Please note there will be 20% administrative charges of the course fees for any refund request.
