Course Description

Wushu introductory course will focus on moral education and cultivating ethics through martial arts. Our young athletes will be exposed to the fundamentals of Wushu trainings customized from young Wushu athletes' training in China. The typical 2 hours session will includes warm ups, flexibility exercise, physical conditioning / games, techniques & routines coaching/guiding, cool down and debrief. From time to time, the young athletes will also be exposed to Wushu methodologies to further understand the connotation of Wushu. At the end of the day, moral education will still be the priority for cultivating; selecting our athletes and it will also be the basic criteria to assess them.
