Jimmy Ho loves to keep busy with community services, committee affairs and sports. His belief is that life is more than just working and sleeping. A certified Wushu instructor, Jimmy has won top prizes in Wushu competitions in China.

Wing Chun Kung Fu is all about using your opponent's movements to your advantage. It anticipates his intentions, borrows his energy and employs just enough force to deflect a larger one. Pick up the skills of the martial art, especially Chi Sau or Sticking Hand (which is the heart of the system.  You will learn economy of movement, the 'Sun Fist' technique for direct line attack, 'Turning Stance' for going with the force and not against it, among others.
