Course Description
Wing Chun Kung Fu is all about using your opponent's movements to your advantage. It anticipates his intentions, borrows his energy and employs just enough force to deflect a larger one. Pick up the skills of the martial art, especially Chi Sau or Sticking Hand (which is the heart of the system. You will learn economy of movement, the 'Sun Fist' technique for direct line attack, 'Turning Stance' for going with the force and not against it, among others.
Requirements and Remarks:
All registration and payment must be made before the start of the class. There will be 4 sessions of class, conducted in August 2026. - If a class falls on a public holiday or the trainer is unavailable, the session will be postponed and resume the following week.
