Course Description
Wing Chun Kung Fu is all about using your opponent's movements to your advantage. It anticipates his intentions, borrows his energy and employs just enough force to deflect a larger one. Pick up the skills of the martial art, especially Chi Sau or Sticking Hand (which is the heart of the system. You will learn economy of movement, the 'Sun Fist' technique for direct line attack, 'Turning Stance' for going with the force and not against it, among others.
Requirements and Remarks:
This is an ongoing course. Participants must be 15 years old and above and sign an indemnity form before the commencement of class.. The class fee will not be prorated, payment is calculated monthly. Participants are advised to be dressed in comfortable exercise clothing with proper shoes. Purchase of T-shirts with Wing Chun logo and design directly from the Trainer is optional. Class Fees will be $25x4 lessons There will be no class on 1 May 2026/PH
