Course Description

Discover the art of Wagashi! Join this basic Wagashi course to learn the secrets of crafting these delightful Japanese sweets. In this hands-on experience, our expert instructor will demonstrate how to create Wagashi using various ingredients such as white bean paste and glutinous rice flour. Explore the world of Wagashi, where tradition meets creativity!

Date: 19 July 2026, Sunday Time: 1.00pm - 3.30pm Venue: Toa Payoh West CC, Level 2 Culinary Room Fees: $40 (PAssion Member) / $45 (Non-Member) ---------------------------- Remarks: - Class will be a combination of demo & hands on. - Designs will be Nerikiri Lilies & Watermelons - Ingredient Fee of $15 to be paid to trainer directly - Min age of 7 years old - Participants to bring home 4 pieces of Wagashi (2 pieces per design) - No refunds or replacement session for missed session. - For enquiries, please contact Toa Payoh West CC at 63530577 (Mon - Sun, except Public Holidays, 10am - 6pm)
