Course Description

In Vinyasa Yoga, each movement is synchronized to breath. The breath is given primacy, acting as an anchor as you move from one pose to the next. As extended poses for participants to upgrade to this level, these vinyasa flow sequences will create a focus on breathing and self-energy while targeting specific areas of the body. Vinyasa allows for a lot of variety, but will always include sun salutations. expect to move, sometimes vigorously, from pose to pose.
