Course Description
Vinyasa is a yoga practice performed in a flow sequence, synchronising one's breath with the movement of the asanas (postures). The course will focus on pranayama (regulated breath techniques), asanas and shavasana (relaxation). It comprises a holistic regime to strengthen the physical body (develop stamina, tone the muscles and enhance flexibility), purify the vitals and improve concentration. It seeks to balance and harmonise the body, mind and emotion, which is highly beneficial for individuals (male/female) who lead a stressful lifestyle.
