The Dragon Boat Festival commemorates Qu Yuan, a loyal poet and minister from ancient China. Today, It is celebrated with vibrant dragon boat races and the sharing of zongzi (ba zhang) - flavourful sticky rice dumplings wrapped in bamboo leaves. Learn how to make your very own zongzi and take part in this meaningful cultural tradition.
