Important Notes to Participants 1. Module 2 Prerequisite: This is a Module 2 course. Participants must have completed Module 1 before registering for this course. 2. Language: The course will be conducted in both English and Mandarin. 3. Refund Policy: Once registered, course fees are non-refundable, unless valid reasons and supporting documents are provided. 4. Enquiries: Participants are advised to check with Jalan Besar CC staff if they have any questions before registering. 5. Material Fees (Optional) Total Material Fee: $250 (payable directly to the trainer during the first lesson). The materials include: a. Heavy-duty Shaver – $155 b. A Pair of Thinning Scissors – $95 Important: Purchasing the materials is optional. Participants who already have their own equipment may bring it to the first lesson for the trainer's assessment and advice before making any purchases.
