Course Description

Trampoline Fitness is a dynamic fitness training system, conducted on personalized trampolines. The basis of Trampoline Fitness jumping is a combination of systematic fast and slow jumps, dynamic sprints and power elements. A one-hour session is a mesh combination with balancing elements for perfect cardio training and powered jumps activating over 400 muscles especially the cores.

A typical 1-hour cardio work session starts with a 15-minute warm-up at the beginning of each session. This is followed by 40 minutes of mat work movements and finally 5 to 10 minutes of relaxation (warm down) to end the class. The trainer will demonstrate and explain each movement and move among the participants to ensure proper technique and assist as necessary.

You will require to:
-Wear a proper sport attire and sports shoe
-Bring a towel and a bottle of water

Requirements and Remarks:

*ANTI SLIP SOCKS ARE REQUIRED FOR THE CLASS* *PARTICIPANTS ARE REQUIRED TO WEAR PROPER SPORTS ATTIRE* *BRING YOUR OWN TOWEL & A WATER BOTTLE* Note: No class on 31 May 2026 due to Vesak Day PH.
