Asfitness is established in 2005, with a mission to bring authentic and progressive Muay Thai and fitness training to the community. Founded by Mr. Alvin Seet, Asfitness began with a focus on traditional Muay Thai and has since expanded into a team of motivated trainers with a shared passion for Muay Thai and fitness. Asfitness offer both Muay Thai and functional fitness programs that cater to different age groups and fitness levels, with a focus on discipline, technique, and personal development. They welcome everyone to train and begin their Muay Thai and fitness journey with them!

Boxing is a sport supervised by a referee over a series of one-to-three minute intervals called rounds. The result is decided when an opponent is deemed incapable to continue by a referee. Amateur boxing is both an Olympic and Commonwealth Games sport and is a common fixture in most international games. In Olympic boxing, judges use technical criteria to choose the most deserving winner of the bout in the event of a draw.
