Course Description

Taijiquan is a traditional Chinese martial art and health-promoting exercise. Different styles exist.Yang Style Taijiquan was created by Yang Lu Chan who modified Chen Style Taijiquan by eliminating its explosive movements as a self-defence art. Practising Taijiquan helps improve the circulation of qi (internal energy), which can prevent many ailments. Participants will learn static and dynamic balance, coordination of movements with good bodily control, relaxation and mental discipline.

Requirements and Remarks:

Trainer: Mr Lim Eng Yew Please note that a minimum of eight registered participants is required for the class to commence. New students are encouraged to consult with the trainer approximately ten minutes prior to their first session. Returning students are welcome too. Kindly ensure that your registration is completed no later than the second scheduled lesson.
