Course Description
Taijiquan, a creation of China's ancient past, is a traditional martial art and health-promoting exercise. There are many different styles of Taijiquan but all of them share a fundamental philosophy - the unification of internal energy (qi), continuous movement, centering, rooting and relaxed alertness, Apart from health benefits, Taijiquan enhances spiritual cultivation and equips the learner with self-defence knowledge.
Requirements and Remarks:
Minimum: 10 participants to start a class. Proper dress code and covered shoes required. No slippers or sandals allowed. Bring your own bottle and towel if necessary. In case of wet weather, class will commence at Blk 572A Choa Chu Kang Street 52, Singapore 681572, multi-purpose hall.

Mr Koh Hock Kiam has a keen interest in teaching Taiji. He practise Taiji as a way to keep fit. Mr Koh has also participated in several competitions.
