Course Description
Taijiquan, a creation of China's ancient past, is a traditional martial art and health-promoting exercise. There are many different styles of Taijiquan but all of them share a fundamental philosophy - the unification of internal energy (qi), continuous movement, centering, rooting and relaxed alertness, Apart from health benefits, Taijiquan enhances spiritual cultivation and equips the learner with self-defence knowledge.

For new students, please check with PKCC @62990565 No classes on public holidays Note: This class is for Intermediate students and not for Beginners Taiji Sword: The 32-form Taiji Sword is a standardized routine created in China to make traditional Taiji sword techniques more accessible and uniform for teaching and competition. It's designed for intermediate students who would like to upgrade the learning of Yang Taiji styles combining both the Taijiquan and Sword movement. Benefits: (1) Enhances balance, coordination, and concentration (2) Develops wrist and arm strength through controlled sword handling (3) Deepens understanding of Taiji principles of yin and yang (4) Promotes relaxation, mindfulness, and martial arts application awareness Note: This class is for Intermediate students and not for Beginners.
